We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our expanding operations in Senai, Johor and Puchong, Selangor.
Responsible for project takeoff, preparation of tender bills of quantities (BQ), contract administration, progress claim valuations, and subcontractor payment certifications for structural steel and factory projects.
Lead on-site construction projects, oversee structural falsework erection, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure schedule milestones and safety compliance are met.
Direct day-to-day site supervision, material deliveries, welding inspection, crane rigging coordination, and ensure site safety protocols adhere to CIDB & JKKP standards.
Assist in sourcing raw materials (structural steel, plates, bolts, paints, consumables), negotiating supplier pricing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking factory deliveries.
Handle administrative documentation, delivery order filings, worker records, invoice verifications, and general office support tasks for project teams.
